Film Synopsis
Die, Monster, Die! (1965) chronicles a young man who travels to his fiancée’s secluded family home in England, where her hostile father insists that he leave. Disturbing vegetation, mysterious illness, and increasingly unnatural discoveries lead him to investigate what has taken hold of the property. This British science fiction horror film brings cosmic contamination into a Gothic world of ancestral secrets and decay, transforming the familiar country-house mystery through an unseen force that alters everything it touches.

- BFI’s Blu-ray includes a 32-page booklet with writing by Xavier Aldana Reyes (“All the Colours of the Cosmic Dark: H P Lovecraft and the Unrepresentable”), Ken Hollings (“Let Me Die a Monster”), Stephen Jacobs (“A Menagerie of Horrors”) and David McGillivray (“So Anyway, Where Have We Got To?”).
- Wicked-Vision’s Blu-ray is available in three Mediabook editions. Reissued as a standard edition (2023/01/27).
- MGM’s “Midnite Movies” DVD is also available as a “Double Feature” with The Dunwich Horror (1970).
