Film Synopsis
Curse of the Crimson Altar (1968) chronicles a man who travels to a remote English village after his brother mysteriously disappears while staying at a country estate. His inquiries lead to disturbing dreams and the legend of a witch condemned centuries earlier, suggesting a connection between the disappearance and the area’s occult history. This British supernatural horror film combines a country-house mystery with psychedelic visions and ritual menace, allowing the search for a missing man to descend into an increasingly uncertain world of dreams and reality.
