Film Synopsis
42nd Street Forever, Volume 1 (2005) assembles 47 exploitation-film trailers drawn largely from the 1960s through the early 1980s. Presented consecutively without newly recorded hosting or connective commentary, the selections range across horror, science fiction, sexploitation, martial arts, crime, and other international genre cinema. This direct-to-DVD anthology recreates the rhythm of a grindhouse coming-attractions reel through remastered widescreen transfers that retain the character and visible wear of the surviving prints.
