Film Synopsis
The Deadly Spawn (1983) follows a young boy and his family whose quiet New Jersey home is invaded after a meteor crash releases a carnivorous alien into their basement. As the creature grows and reproduces, attacks spread through the household and surrounding area, forcing a group of youths to organize a response to contain the infestation. This science fiction horror film develops mounting tension, with biological invasion, isolation, and survival pressure distorting behavior.
