Film Synopsis
The Kindred (1987) follows a medical researcher who defies his mother’s dying request to destroy her experimental records and instead travels to her isolated house to uncover her work. As he and his colleagues explore the laboratory, they discover the results of her experiments and face attacks from a hidden organism linked to his supposed sibling. This science fiction horror film develops mounting tension, with genetic mutation, scientific ambition, and concealed identity distorting behavior.
