Where will the bodies turn up next? …under a car seat? …in a valise? …or in a deep-freeze?

A renowned plastic surgeon becomes obsessed with restoring his fiancée’s beauty after a disfiguring accident, resorting to horrific experiments that require human victims. As his sanity deteriorates, he descends into a frenzy of murder and madness in pursuit of perfection. Blending psychological horror with gruesome surgical imagery, the film offers a chilling critique of vanity, control, and obsession.
