Synopsis

The Crippled Masters (1979) centers on two kung fu fighters brutally maimed after falling out of favor with the leader of a criminal organization, leaving one without arms and the other with crippled legs. As both men adapt to their physical limitations through specialized martial arts training and begin targeting the organization’s enforcers, their shared pursuit of revenge escalates toward a final confrontation with their former master. This Hong Kong martial arts action film examines resilience and physical adaptation within a violent underworld, as rival loyalties collapse, with revenge, bodily transformation, and unconventional combat.
