Film Synopsis
Vampira (1974) centers on Count Dracula, who opens his castle to tourists while searching for the rare blood needed to revive his long-lost love, Vampira. When a transfusion successfully restores her but changes her from a white woman into a Black woman, he sets out to find a way to reverse the transformation. This British comedy horror film combines vampire parody, sexual humor, and racial comedy with an irreverent contemporary take on the Dracula legend.
