Film Synopsis
The Devil’s Wedding Night (1973) centers on twin brothers who travel to an isolated castle in search of an ancient alchemical text believed to contain the secret of eternal life. As seductive encounters, occult rituals, and a series of unexplained deaths intensify within the castle while its enigmatic countess reveals an unsettling connection to the manuscript’s dark history, their quest becomes entangled with supernatural forces and vampiric desire. This Italian-Spanish gothic horror film examines obsession and corruption within a decaying aristocratic world, as personal boundaries erode, with vampirism, forbidden knowledge, and supernatural temptation.

- Severin’s 4K UHD is included in the “Danza Macabra Volume Four: The Italian Gothic Collection” box set with Terror-Creatures from the Grave (1965), Night of the Damned (1971) and Baba Yaga (1973). It includes a Soundtrack Compilation CD (“Quattro Di Umiliani”). The box set is also available as a Blu-ray only edition.
