Quatermass 2

aka Quatermass II; Enemy from Space

Poster for Quatermass 2

A horrible enemy from the unknown strikes terror across the earth!

Film Synopsis

Quatermass 2 (1957) centers on Professor Quatermass, who investigates mysterious objects falling from space and traces them to a heavily guarded industrial complex resembling his proposed lunar installation. As he attempts to uncover the purpose of the facility, evidence points to an alien presence that has infiltrated the surrounding community and reached into the government. This British science fiction horror film turns alien invasion into a paranoid conspiracy thriller, using documentary-style realism and stark industrial locations to make its hidden threat seem disturbingly close to everyday life.
