Film Synopsis
Horror Rises from the Tomb (1973) follows a warlock’s severed head unearthed centuries after his execution in Medieval France that springs back to life and begins possessing the descendants of his killers while summoning death and the undead across an isolated countryside estate. As eerie powers over the living and the dead spread through séance and bloodshed, a circle of friends faces possession, sacrifice, and escalating violence rooted in ancient curse and revenge. This Spanish horror blends occult terror and grotesque undead menace in a surreal cult‑classic of revival and retribution.
