Synopsis
The Picture of Dorian Gray (1973) centers on a wealthy young man introduced to a life of indulgence and moral excess by a cynical aristocrat in Victorian London. As his outward appearance remains untouched by time while a hidden portrait records the physical effects of his cruelty and decadence, his relationships and actions grow increasingly destructive. This supernatural horror drama centers on vanity and moral decay, as personal restraint collapses, with hedonism, corruption, and obsession with youth.
