Film Synopsis
The Lair of the White Worm (1988) follows an archaeologist drawn into myth and madness when she encounters a centuries‑old legend of a seductive serpent deity tied to an isolated English estate. As occult rites, pagan lore, and uncanny transformations surge around her, allies and enemies blur amid creeping dread and grotesque visions that fuse desire with horror. This horror fantasy blends surreal atmosphere and cult eccentricity in a phantasmagoric dive into folklore and fear.
