• Indicator’s Blu-ray includes a 36-page booklet with writing by Andrew Graves (“His Hellenic Majesty Requests”), Bart Mills (“Donald Pleasence: Hiss and Boo Man”, 1976) and Robert Barry (“An Electronic Murmuration”, 2013). Reissued without booklet (2023/03/20).
