Synopsis
The Deadly Mantis (1957) follows a military and scientific team who discover that a gigantic prehistoric praying mantis has been awakened from Arctic ice and is threatening civilization. As the creature rampages across North America, the team races against time to track, trap, and destroy it before it causes catastrophic destruction. This science-fiction monster film blends suspenseful action, creature horror, and Cold War-era tension in a thrilling tale of nature turned deadly.
