Edition and Packaging Notes
- Grindhouse’s Blu-ray includes an 8-page booklet with writing by Chas. Balun and Rick Sullivan (“The Day the Minions Went Silent”), and a CD soundtrack. A small replica of the nude puzzle is included in the first 3,000 copies. The “42nd Street Memories” extra is also available on 88 Films’ Blu-ray of Anthropophagous (1980). Trailers included: Scum of the Earth (1963), The Big Gundown (1967), Corruption (1968), The Swimmer (1968), Love in Cold Blood (1969), I Drink Your Blood / I Eat Your Skin (1970/1971), An American Hippie in Israel (1972), Massacre Mafia Style (1974), The Tough Ones (1976), Cannibal Holocaust (1980), The Beyond (1981), Cannibal Ferox (1981), Cat in the Brain (1990) and Gone with the Pope (2010).
- Arrow’s Blu-ray includes a booklet (out of print) with writing by Michael Gingold and a CD soundtrack. It is also available as a deluxe limited edition with a replica of the nude puzzle and the soundtrack on vinyl record.
- Grindhouse’s DVD includes liner notes by Chas. Balun and a mini replica poster.
