Film Synopsis
Murders in the Zoo (1933) chronicles a wealthy animal collector whose possessive obsession leads him to devise increasingly ruthless murders using the dangerous creatures under his control. As suspicion grows around a string of bizarre deaths, a determined physician and those closest to the victims begin uncovering the deadly pattern behind the crimes. Blending pre-Code horror, crime thriller, and psychological suspense, the film examines jealousy, sadism, and the destructive consequences of obsessive possessiveness.
