Synopsis
In a Lonely Place (1950) follows a struggling screenwriter with a violent temper who is questioned in connection with the murder of a young woman. As suspicion lingers and his behavior grows increasingly erratic, his relationship with a woman he grows close to is strained by uncertainty and fear. This crime drama blends psychological tension and noir atmosphere in an exploration of violence, trust, and emotional instability.
