Film Synopsis
House of Strangers (1949) follows the turbulent downfall of a powerful Italian American banker whose domineering rule over his sons breeds resentment, rivalry, and betrayal. When legal troubles close in, his favorite son attempts to shield the family, only to become entangled in a cycle of vengeance that fractures their bonds beyond repair.
