Four Flies on Grey Velvet (1971) portrays a successful musician whose life spirals into fear after a violent confrontation leaves him believing he has committed an irreversible crime. As anonymous threats, unexplained killings, and increasingly disturbing clues surround him, every attempt to uncover the truth only deepens the mystery and places those closest to him at greater risk. Blending psychological suspense, mystery, and stylized violence, this Italian giallo explores paranoia, guilt, deception, and the fragile boundary between perception and reality.
