Scream and Scream Again (1970) follows a nightmarish crime spree as a superhuman murderer preys on women, leaving bodies drained of blood and baffling the Metropolitan Police. Meanwhile, a mysterious scientist’s unorthodox research and an enigmatic operative in an unnamed totalitarian state open additional threads of paranoia and suspense that gradually intertwine with the central investigation. This British horror thriller blends fragmented narrative, bizarre violence, and uncanny mystery in an unsettling tale of dread and confusion.
