Madhouse

Poster of Madhouse

If stark terror were ecstasy… living here would be sure bliss!

Synopsis

Madhouse (1974) follows a once-famous horror actor whose career collapses after his fiancée is murdered under circumstances resembling his films. As he attempts a comeback through a television revival of his iconic character, a string of killings begins that replicate scenes from his past work. This British-American horror film blends meta-cinema and psychological suspense in a story of identity, paranoia, and the blurred line between performance and reality.
