Film Synopsis
The Island of the Fishmen (1979) follows survivors of a shipwreck who seek refuge on a remote island only to discover a hidden experiment with monstrous consequences. As the island’s secrets surface and human-animal hybrids emerge from the shadows, survival becomes a struggle against both nature and corrupted science. This Euro-horror adventure blends pulp spectacle and Gothic menace in a lurid study of isolation, mutation, and forbidden creation.
