Film Synopsis
The Body Stealers (1969) follows a British security officer assigned to investigate why experienced parachutists vanish mid-air during routine military exercises. As evidence points toward an unseen force operating at extreme altitude, official secrecy and scientific speculation complicate his inquiry. This British science fiction thriller blends Cold War paranoia and extraterrestrial mystery in a study of unseen invasion.

- 88 Films’ “Tigon Collection” Blu-ray includes a 28-page booklet with writing by John Hamilton (“Tony Tenser: The Godfather of British Exploitation”).
- Odeon’s “The Best of British Collection” includes a 4-page booklet.
- Anchor Bay’s 2005 DVD is included in “The Tigon Collection” box set with Witchfinder General (1968), The Haunted House of Horror (1969), The Beast in the Cellar (1971), Blood on Satan’s Claw (1971) and Virgin Witch (1972). The “Tigon Tales of Terror” extra is also available on Severin’s Blu-ray of The Beast in the Cellar (1971).
