Synopsis
Slugs (1988) follows a small-town health inspector who investigates a brutal death marked by unexplained mutilation. As more residents are attacked and evidence points to toxic waste mutating slugs into aggressive, flesh-eating creatures, he struggles to convince authorities while working to contain the outbreak. This horror film develops mounting pressure and growing unease, with contamination, denial, and environmental breakdown shaping events.
