Film Synopsis
Repulsion (1965) follows a young woman living alone in her sister’s apartment in London, whose fragile mental state begins to unravel amid isolation and unwanted attention. As hallucinations and paranoia intensify, ordinary domestic spaces transform into arenas of terror and dread. This psychological horror blends claustrophobic tension and surreal imagery in a chilling study of psychosis, repression, and vulnerability.
