She’s in one of her moods again!
Queen Kong (1976) follows an all-female film crew led by an enterprising director who ventures to a tropical island and encounters a massive female ape that becomes infatuated with their leading man. As the oversized creature pursues him from jungle to metropolis, gender roles and genre expectations are upended in a series of absurd set pieces and slapstick encounters. This parody adventure blends irreverent humor and B-movie spectacle in a campy send-up of the classic giant-ape mythos.
