Film Synopsis
No Blade of Grass (1970) follows a British architect who learns that a fast-spreading plant disease is destroying wheat, rice, and other essential crops across the world. As famine, riots, and government collapse grip London, he gathers his family and a small group of companions and travels north in search of safety at a remote rural valley.
