Naked Alibi (1954) follows a police chief dismissed for brutality who becomes convinced that a seemingly ordinary baker is actually a violent criminal hiding behind respectability. As he pursues the suspect across the border into a seedy Mexican town, a nightclub singer becomes entangled in the chase, revealing layers of danger and desperation. This tense crime noir blends paranoia, moral ambiguity, and sweaty border-town atmosphere in a story of obsession and hidden violence.
