Mill of the Stone Women (1960) follows a young painter who visits a remote island to study an eccentric professor and his enigmatic daughter. He soon discovers the professor’s horrifying practice of turning living women into lifelike statues in his mill. This gothic horror blends oppressive atmosphere, macabre artistry, and suspenseful tension in a tale of obsession, transformation, and terror.
