- Arrow’s “Limited Edition” Blu-ray includes a booklet with writing by Nicholas Clement and Kat Ellinger, a double-sided foldout poster, portrait cards, and 6 double-sided lobby card reproductions. Reissued as a standard edition without paper material (2022/02/08).
