Film Synopsis
Exorcism (1975) follows a young English aristocrat who falls seriously ill with strange, unexplained symptoms and coinciding violent crimes begin to afflict those around her. As medical professionals and her family struggle to understand her condition, suspicion grows that she may be under a demonic influence, leading her nurse’s sister and others to call in a determined priest to investigate and attempt an exorcism. The film blends occult terror, satanic ritual elements and supernatural suspense in a Spanish horror take on possession lore.

- Scream Factory’s Blu-ray includes a 24-page booklet with writing by Mirek Lipinski (“Paul Naschy”). It is included in “The Paul Naschy Collection II” box set with Hunchback of the Morgue (1973), Devil’s Possessed (1974), A Dragonfly for Each Corpse (1975) and The Werewolf and the Yeti (1975).
- BCI’s “Special Edition” DVD includes a 6-page booklet with writing by Mirek Lipinski. It is also available in the “The Paul Naschy Collection” box set and as a “Double Feature” with The Night of the Sorcerers (1974).
