Delirium (1987) follows an ex-model who now runs a successful men’s magazine and becomes the focus of a depraved admirer who begins killing her staff and sending her staged photographs of the slain women. As the murders escalate and clues intertwine with her professional and personal circles, paranoia tightens its grip around her sense of safety and trust. This giallo horror blends lurid violence and sleuthing dread in a stylized study of obsession and vulnerability.
