Human zombies rise from their coffins as living corpses
Blood of Ghastly Horror (1967) follows the spiraling fallout of a mad scientist’s experiment that implants an electronic device into a wounded soldier’s brain, transforming him into a homicidal force whose rampage upends a sleepy town. As shadowy figures, vengeance-driven relatives, and zombie-like violence weave through the fractured narrative, the film’s disparate scenes collide in unpredictable terror. This horror-science-fiction oddity blends patchwork menace and surreal drive-in spectacle in a bizarre study of mutation and revenge.
