Film Synopsis
A Bay of Blood (1971) follows a brutal chain of murders surrounding a wealthy widow’s secluded estate, as a circle of scheming heirs and opportunists turn on each other for control of the property. Each killing exposes deeper greed and corruption, culminating in a nihilistic cycle of violence. This seminal giallo-slasher hybrid blends shocking brutality and cold irony in Mario Bava’s darkly satirical vision of human savagery and moral decay.

It includes a 52-page booklet with writing by Staci Layne Wilson.
