Film Synopsis
A disheveled naval officer is mistakenly assigned to command a neglected ship crewed by misfits stationed in a quiet English village. Chaos ensues as he attempts to bring order, only to discover the crew is secretly running profitable side businesses. His efforts to reform them lead to hilarious misadventures and a surprising camaraderie.
