Film Synopsis

The Hyena of London (1964) follows the infamous serial killer known as the Hyena, who is executed in 1883 but whose body mysteriously disappears—and soon new strangulations begin in a nearby village. A doctor grows convinced the murderer has returned from the grave, while hidden passions, scientific obsession and deception twist the case beyond simple detection. This Italian gothic horror blends Victorian atmosphere, macabre mystery, and supernatural overtones in a curious tale of man, beast, and the grave.
