Sadomania (1981) follows a newlywed couple who trespass onto the grounds of a brutal women’s prison run by a sadistic warden. As the wife is forced into slave labor and degrading torment, the husband plans a perilous escape to save her from the cruelty and corruption within. This exploitation “women-in-prison” thriller blends cruelty, sexual violence, and power dynamics in a grim tale of captivity, rebellion, and vengeance.

It is also available (with only trailers) in the “Bad Girls Behind Bars” box set with 99 Women (1969), Women Behind Bars (1975), Bare Behind Bars (1980) and Amazon Jail (1982).
