After a motorcycle accident, a young woman undergoes an experimental surgery that leaves her with a strange mutation and an uncontrollable thirst for blood. As she spreads a new strain of rabies-like infection, panic and violence engulf the city. Her condition spirals out of control, turning her into both victim and carrier of a terrifying epidemic.
