A new – and altogether different – screen excitement!
Psycho (1960) follows a secretary on the run after stealing a sum of money who takes refuge at a remote motel run by an awkward young proprietor, setting into motion a web of disappearance and suspicion. As her vanishing draws a private investigator, her lover, and her sister into the eerie realm of the motel and its secrets, tension escalates between pursuit and revelation. This horror thriller blends psychological dread and structural audacity in a stark study of paranoia and hidden violence.
