Film Synopsis
Mystère (1983) follows a high-class French escort in Rome who unwittingly becomes embroiled in a deadly conspiracy after her friend hides a stolen lighter containing microfilm of a political assassination in her purse. As assassins, police, and shadowy agents close in, she forms an uneasy alliance with an inspector that leads them deeper into international intrigue and escalating peril. This thriller blends giallo-tinged mystery and espionage suspense in a stylish study of deception, survival, and unexpected complicity
