Film Synopsis
Dangerous Crossing (1953) begins with a newlywed boarding an ocean liner with her husband, only to discover that he has disappeared shortly after their departure. When the crew can find no record of him or confirmation that she arrived with anyone, a ship’s doctor investigates while doubts emerge about her reliability and state of mind. This mystery thriller uses its confined setting, contradictory evidence, and psychological uncertainty to create a growing sense of isolation and distrust.
