Tight Spot (1955) follows a prison inmate who is brought out of jail and placed in a guarded hotel suite so she can testify against a powerful mob boss. As she wrestles with fear, reluctant cooperation, and a guarded detective assigned to protect her, the gangster’s hit-men close in and the safehouse becomes perilous. This crime-noir thriller blends institutional pressure and romantic tension in a hard-boiled study of survival and moral choice.
