Synopsis
The Mummy’s Revenge (1975) follows an archaeologist’s discovery of the tomb of Pharaoh Amenhotep in London, which inadvertently allows the ancient ruler to be resurrected in the modern era by his descendant, Assad Bey. Once reanimated, Amenhotep seeks to secure immortality and power by orchestrating a series of blood-soaked rituals and commanding his followers to capture victims from the city. The story blends classic mummy horror with gothic suspense, Victorian-era setting and escalating violence as the authorities and a professor try to stop the resurrected pharaoh’s rampage.
