Spasmo (1974) follows a businessman who becomes obsessed with a mysterious woman he meets after finding her unconscious near a bizarre, mutilated mannequin on a deserted beach. As strange incidents, conspiratorial encounters, and disturbing figures draw him deeper into an escalating web of intrigue, he begins to doubt his own sanity and question whom he can trust. This giallo thriller blends dream-like mystery and spiraling paranoia in a surreal study of obsession and treachery.
