Synopsis
Naked You Die (1968) follows a mysterious killer who stalks and murders staff and students at an exclusive all-girls boarding school after the delivery of a trunk with a corpse inside. As police and a determined amateur sleuth try to untangle motives amid red herrings and mounting bodies, suspicion tightens around every resident. This giallo thriller blends shadowy murder mystery and schoolhouse peril in a tense study of secrets and fear.
Criticism

The film is closer in tone to the light and airy The Girl Who Knew Too Much (1963) and is best approached as a comic giallo rather than an extension of the fetishistic body count thrills of Blood and Black Lace (1964). … The story is laced with comic touches which speak of Bava’s input into the screenplay, but the film never catches fire.
