Film Synopsis
House of Wax (2005) follows a group of friends whose journey to a football game leaves them stranded near a seemingly deserted town. After entering its wax museum, they discover that the lifelike displays conceal a grisly process and become targets of a masked killer. This slasher horror blends rural isolation, elaborate wax effects, and graphic violence with anxieties surrounding identity and preservation.
