Film Synopsis
DEFCON-4 (1985) concerns three astronauts aboard a nuclear-armed orbital station as war destroys civilization below. When their spacecraft is forced down in Nova Scotia months later, the crew encounters radiation victims, survivalists, and a militarized faction seeking information from the station. This Canadian post-apocalyptic science-fiction thriller shifts from confined orbital suspense to a bleak coastal wasteland where improvised machinery and fortified settlements define a violent struggle for control.
