Film Synopsis
In 18th-century London, a young woman named Nell Bowen becomes an advocate for the mistreated inmates of the infamous mental institution, Bedlam. Her defiance draws the ire of the corrupt Master Sims, who has her committed to silence her. Trapped within the asylum’s brutal walls, Nell must rely on her wits and courage to survive and expose the cruelty around her.
