An insurance investigator is assigned to look into a suspicious house fire but soon becomes entangled with a beautiful, mysterious woman connected to the case. As he digs deeper, he uncovers a web of deceit, jealousy, and hidden motives that blur the line between truth and manipulation. His growing attraction to the woman threatens both his judgment and his safety as the investigation spirals toward danger.
